Your order will be processed once we have received full payment.

If any items in your order are unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone to arrange either a refund or store credit equivalent to the value of the out-of-stock items.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Manukau, New Zealand, using DHL Express. Delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 business days.

Please note that we currently only ship to destinations within Oceania. Orders must be delivered to a physical address and signed for by the person who placed the order.

DHL Express is unable to deliver to PO Boxes in certain areas. To avoid delays or complications, please ensure you provide a valid street address. If a PO Box is used, your parcel may need to be collected from a nearby DHL depot.

If your order contains multiple items, we may dispatch them in separate shipments based on availability. You will not incur additional shipping fees for split deliveries.
